What's better on teen girls? Natural or full-makeup?

A lot of girls I see in the malls today look like they're going clubbing - they're makeup is so heavy! I haven't decided what I like better yet...sometimes I just put on a little mascara and sometimes I want to go full-out with my makeup (and I tend to overload on eyeliner) ... so, guys or gals, which do you like better? A fresh face or full-blown makeup...lots of black eyeliner included?

OH please please! don't be generic like those overly tanned and black eyed "beauties" you see! Stand out from the crowd with natural make-up, we already know what Tammy Baker looks like we don't need to see a copycat. Natural make-up is not only better for your skin, but you don't look as high maintenance to guys (something I read). If you HAVE to do full-makeup, just try and tone it down so that you have lets say for example, ALOT of foundation on, but only a little eyeliner and mascara and clear lipgloss. You'll look made-up and natural.

Enjoy your natural beauty! A little bit of eyeliner, mascara, and moisturizer go a long way. In fact, you might stand out more than all the girls wearing lots of makeup.

It really depends. I remember having acne as a teen, and I wore lots of make-up to try to deflect peoples attention. Some folks still remember how much blue eye shadow I wore, it was the 80's, but at the time I liked that no one was talking about my acne. If you have good skin, you should try to go natural, maybe using a little powder so you don't get that shiny look. Whatever makes you feel secure in your own skin is what is best for you.

Being a teenage girl myself, I go for the natural look more often than not. Like you said, sometimes I want to go all out, but for the most part I don't. I think that while we're young and wrinkle-free we should do the whole youthful, glowing, "I'm in love" (even if you aren't) type skin. I usually just wear mascara and some shimmery bronzer.

For young teens and day time NATURAL should totally be the look, it is ok to experiment a little at night.

Thats basically how working adults wear makeup, natural during the day for work and might play it up a little for night.

If you wear too much makeup guys might wonder what exactly you are trying to cover up!!

not too plenty, I positioned on some decrease than eye concealer by using revlon because i'm a undesirable sleeper.. in no way relatively get a sturdy nights relax and then I positioned on some liquid eyeliner on the genuine and backside very on the ingredient of the lashline. each and every so often i will wing it out if i've got self assurance like it, and then I load mascara on, define-a-Lash.. it is wonderful.. yet i'm disillusioned now reason i found out approximately their animal finding out so i pass to pass locate another mascara.. theeeen... if i choose it i will purely some Mary Kay finished insurance commencing up on areas of difficulty.. and the top.

I'm a teenage girl, and I don't really wear a lot of heavy makeup. I keep it simple by wearing eyeliner and bronzer, and if i need it, concealer. On holidays I'll add eyeshadow and mascara, but I always keep it light.

Hmm..

13 and under- natural

14-16- still natural, but with a bit more colour (eyeshadow, lipgloss)

17 and over- whatever the hell you want

Of, course, natural looks good on any age.

too much makeup in a non-bar setting looks slutty. natural is much better and people will respect you more and take you more seriously and call you beautiful. go natural most days but do more makeup on special occasions. too much black eye liner daily looks terrible.

On a teenage girl i say more natural. enjoy a pretty face without makeup while you can, before you "need"makeup!
