I just made Lemon Pepper Chicken, Fresh Broccoli, Mashed potatoes, Honey & Butter Buiscuts, & Brownies with melted chocolate on top for dessert.
No it wasn't a TV dinner, I made it all by myself!

I made a Mexican Burrito Casserole with Hot cheese dip and chips. Ice Cream sundaes for dessert.

Stuffed shells. Boil a half a box of big pasta shells. Fry up 3/4 pound of hamburger. Add a jar of Ragu (or your favorite ) spagetti sauce to the hamburger. And heat it on low. Then when the shells are done take them one by one and place in a 9x9 pan and put a big heaping tablespoon or more of the hamburger mix in each one. If you have sauce left over, I just dump it over the shells. Then after you get that done. Pour a whole bag of shredded mozzarella cheese on top and bake for 25-30 minutes on 350*. Or until heated. This is really good. If you haven't had it, I hope you enjoy!

Simple Uzbek Salad- cucumbers, tomatos, onion, oil/salt and a some fresh squeezed lemon
Samsa - ground beef, black olives, basel, onion
Mash Kurcha - split peas, cubed lamb, rice, garlic, onion salt and ground pepper

Woah you had a great dinner all I had was hot dogs they were eh buns were soggy and crud. Man those brownies with melted chocolate sound yummy
