Not at all! One of the sweetest folks I know talks loudly...she's deaf. But she speaks so well one really wouldn't know! She always has such nice and encouraging things to say, so the volume of her voice doesn't seem to bother any one at all! If you're talking a little more loudly these days, just say nice things! And if people have the audacity to call you rude, say, "I'm not nude! What are you talking about!" a couple of times. Then they'll be talking loudly with you! Have a glorious evening! Annie

in a public place, to another person next to you, no
on a cell phone in public, yes (unless you are walking along the road and are just passing people)
The above opinions hold for people with loud and quiet voices...it's just you will get noticed more if ur voice is loud.

Nope, I talk loud too sometimes, rude is not my main idea of fun but somedays it just fits my mood. have a good one.
