My pop up blocker is turned up as high as it will go but I am still getting A LOT of pop ups. I have ran microsoft defender and it found no spyware that could be sending the pop ups. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

A virus or 'maliciousware' can do this too. Make sure you update and run a full virus scan, and install all Microsoft updates.
Also, run the free web-based virus scan from Trend to see if it finds any viruses or trojans. http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/free_security_tools/housecall_free_scan.php

hey,
i had this problem to the way i fixed my problem was getting a spyware deleting program this dosent get rid of every single ad but it helps and your comp goes a bit faster to try and get a program called xoftspy
