Has anyone read this book/workbook and used it to change careers? How did you find it helpful, or not so helpful? Any suggestions?

I am not a career counselor but I'd agree the "book is great for people of all ages! It really helps you find your niche in life by doing a little soul searching. I was able to identify my strengths and use them to get a job I love! This book should be a part of all high school and college graduates itinerary before going into the 'real' world."

I read it and i didn't find it helpful at all
It was quite outdated and didn't really mention anything about seek or networking
(maybe that was just the version i had)
I didn't find it relevant to my situation at all...
