I need to lose 21 ponds by two weeks pleaz give me some exercise positions and foods to eat and how much calories I should eat a day.

To loose wieght you should eat 1300 calories or so, it all depends on your body type. But loosing 21lbs in 2 weeks is extremley unhealthy and abuses your body and metabolism, ou'll regret it ina few years when your body will quit listening to you and hold on to those pounds liek they were diamonds in a depression!! Be good to yourself and go shopping, youll be surprised how the right bra and jeans and a new haircut and makeup , some beautiful jewlery and nice perfume can make you feel. Love yourself and your body will respond! I promise!

you can't loose 21 pounds in two weeks

but you can loose some ~ if you stop drinking sodas
drink lots of water, excercise @ least an hour every day and eat fresh healthy foods (in moderation) also do not eat @ least 3 hours before going to bed

Look up the South Beach Diet. Listen, that amount of weight IS dangerous to lose. Even exercising and eliminating carbs will only account for ten pounds of fat. Aim for that. The other option is liposuction which drains the fat and sucks it out.

How does a person get rid of 21 ponds? Fill them in with gravel? What about the sea-birds?

Simple, try eating (assuming that you are not a vegetarian or vegan as some folks that I've known!) more fish, fruits, veggies, less of anything else and drinking only water. I've tried this and am currently doing well.

exercise daily. what every you do, break a sweat. no fast foods, no soda, no second servings. whatever you do, keep it up all the time. make it like a ritual.

im with you going on my third week.

that probably wont happen, but just try it.

1. excersize a LOT - go to a gymn and jogg while listening to your ipod
2. dont do fad diets, they make you gain wiehgt sometimes
3. eat healthy. drink milk, eat veggies and fruit, no meat or sweets.
4. read lables
5. relax, you are perfect the way you are!
