If you do not know what it is, then why do you want to change it?
This is not meant to be unfair, but is a realistic query.
Rake affects the steering directly, and can have a very strong effect on it. Too little and you get a fast-turning bike, perhaps more so than you would desire, unless you really like sport-bike handling, but you also need a changed suspension to accommodate it.
A long rake (wheel is pushed farther ahead of the frame) tends to keep the bike rolling in a straight line, and it can make sharp turns more difficult. Extreme rake, as is seen on some choppers, looks cool, but the turning circle rivals that of a large car or a truck.
You would be better off talking to people who own bikes like yours, and have done some work on them. Ask if you could ride their machines, and see the differences .

you cant adjust your rake. the rke is the angle of the neck of the frame. It is welded and would have to be torn all the way down and redone. Then you take a gamble on wheel wobble when its done because engineers have designed it so it rides good and safe. When you tamper with the factory design you better know what your doing.
