m+ -37 = -59 (take -37 and SUBTRACT IT FROM -59 as subtracting is the opposite of addition) So...
-37-(-59)=22

i+ -53 =48 -- same concept

n - 61 = 39 --- the opposite of subtraction is addition... so, you ADD 61 to 39 and you get N

1/-9c=33
multiply both sides by -9
33 x -9=-297
c=-297

m+-37=59
m+-37+37=-59+37
m=-22

i+-53=48
i=-53+53=48+53
i=101

n-61=39
n-61+61=39+61
n=100

n-61=39 (+61 both side)
n=100

m-37=-59 (+37 both side)
m=-22

i-53+48 (+53 both side)
i=101

1/-9c=33 (multiply -9c both sides remove the fraction)
1=33 x -9c (divide by 33 remove the multiply sign)
1/33=-9c (divide both sides by -9)
c=-1/297

so if i'm reading correctly

1/(-9c) = 33
multiply both sides by -9c
1 = 33*-9c
1 = -297c
divide by -297 on both sides
-1/297 = c

m+ -37 = -59
add 37 to both sides
m = 22

i + -53 = 48
add 53 to both sides
i = 101

n - 61 = 39
add 61 to both sides
n = 100

1/(-9c) = 33
then
1/33 = -9c
c = -1/297

m - 37 = -59
m = -59 + 37
m = -22

i - 53 = 48
i = 53 + 48
i = 101

n - 61 = 39
n = 39 + 61
n = 100

Note: + - = -
