i really need help. i already have the tripass i need to know how to get to four island. someone please tell me

You'll need to have 60 pokemon registered in your pokedex and then defeat the elite 4 and beforehand you need to complete the events on island 1-3. After defeating the elite 4. talk to professor Oak and he'll give you the pass and the national dex. Go to Vermillion city and board the ship ot island four.

Well, beat the Elite Four. Then, you go see Celio to check on him. After that, you go where you find moltres but go where the Rocket Grunts are standing. Battle those two and there'll be a cave. Go in and find the Ruby gem(Note:you need strength to get through) Get the Ruby and give it to Celio. He'll give you the Rainbow Pass to get to four island

Before you go to the Elite Four, make sure you have 60 pokemon data in your PokeDex. Then you go beat it and you get accessed to it
