I just read everyone's entries. OK, they aren't taking you seriously. Some came close.
I would not expect to touch until 3rd or 4th "date", and by then, a slow, tender sweep across the neck ending at her jaw-line would be my strategy.
Then along the jaw-line to her chin. The thumb slides up to her lips and brushes them very, very, softly, almost a tickle. My eyes follow my hand, and out of the corner, I wait for her to look at my eyes. When she does, I look directly at her eyes, fix her, pierce her with them. I then ask, "May I?"
I've never said what I've just asked permission to do, but by then, it doesn't matter.
Phew.
Is it getting hot in here?

Ask them To Go w/ you Somewhere That Holding Hands is Common, Thats a Great Start & If Ya Got an amusement Park Near Then Theirs Your Answer , The Rides Put you Together & You've Got your Arm Around Them ;-)

I don't have to have a crush on someone to want to touch her. But if that someone looks like the picture you've shown I'll really think of a strategy to not only touch you but make beast love to you. GRRRR!!;)

Either at the movies or watching TV get real close and pull the old "yawn" routine putting your arm around them.

Mutual friends.
Showing interest in what they like.
Finding out what he likes in a girlfriend and try to show those qualities to him.
Find a way to help him with things.
Be interested in what he is saying.
NEVER look desperate for his attention. You will look needy and he won't be interested in you.

Well I would have my friend trip me right into the guy and we'd collide and then I'd say sorry! lol I actually planned to do that before but it never happened!

Its perfectly acceptable to touch their arm or shoulder or hand in normal conversation unless you are a leper or have hazardous waste on your hand.

My now husband, used this move:
I would be standing at a counter and he would reach into the counter and "brush" up against me. Of course, I never dreamed of moving!
