What charity organisations provide rescue and on-going support of child and adult sex slaves and prostitutes?

I would like to support the efforts of those willing to provide righteous alternatives to those victimised by the abhorrent prostitution and sex slave trade.
I would, and likely many others, like to know which charity/aid organisations are directly involved in strategies and pursuits to rescue people suffering from such circumstances and provide them shelter, food, protection etc?
