around my both boob there are red small thin thinks and it doesnt hurt but looks like brest cancer whats going on doctors please answwer

I'm not a dr but I have had some experiences with bumps on my breasts. Sometimes the bumps have been bites or pimples. It's possible that could be what you are dealing with. I would recommend getting in touch with your dr to have this looked at just to be on the safe side.
