*******HELP, HELP, Pc Probblems******?

Question

This is very strange as I know a bit about IT;
When I turn my pc off it will turn on by its self, at different times and any days, so I turn it off by the surge board. Also when I turn my pc off it sometimes restarts, the settings are ok because I tried a different hard drive, yet it still done its stupid habits. I am pretty sure that it is a part in the pc which is on its way out? But which part? My pc is only about 3 years old and my hard drive is new and is only 5 months old! Any suggestions out there?????

It sounds like Wake on LAN is turned on in BIOS which should be off.
And make sure that Restart after power loss is turned off too.
