(Asked late last night, got good answers, thought I would ask earlier this evening)
With it only being announced it is far away. Christian Bale (Batman) and Brandon Routh (Superman) may have contract options to star in this vehicle, as well as an unknown Wonder Woman if they greenlight that movie.
So who would you choose (minus Batman and Superman) to portray the other main characters?
Wonder Woman, Aqua Man, Green Lantern, the Flash, and Martian Manhunter.
Mind you I am only listing the original league, feel free to add an actor for the additional characters if you choose.

Well, Ryan Reynolds is supposed to be The Flash in a movie next year (Wally West) version and I think he'd be a good choice.
I like Mary Elizabeth Winstead from Sky High and Grindhouse for Wonder Woman.
Get some diversity in there and go with Sam Jackson as Green Lantern. (John Stewart like in the cartoon and later in comics)
Aquaman is tough...Orlando Bloom maybe??? Zach Braff with a blond dye job??? Can't think of anyone else right off hand.
Henry Rollins as Martian Manhunter...he could pull the voice off and is similiar built. Good at drypan.
I tried to think out of the box on these...sure I will think of better ones later.

Since Chloe is now an official comic book character in Superman I would definately pick her to either lead or co-lead the Justice League. She's awesome!
