there are no pros in my opinion! fast food is rubbish most of the time! there are a few exceptions like sushi, salad, soup and the healthy choice subways. but if you are after something quick why not grab a few peices of fruit-they are ready to go, or rip open a tin of flavoured tuna or keep a BBQ chicken in the fridge along with a mix of olives, tomatoes and peppers etc from the deli? fast food that tastes good and is good for you. and if it is the clean up that bothers you invest in some paper plates!

I personally feel that there is no pro side. Fast food is bad for you. However, certain items are better then others. Apple slices, salads, baked potatoes are some examples. However, you can easly make those items in your house.

Pro- It tastes really good. Especially the cheese on the big mac and the soda you have with it. I think it releases endorphines in your brain.
Con- Too much fat.. especially trans fat.

It's a very one sided issue. The only good thing about fast food is that it is fast. The bad things about it is that it is fattening, sugary, processed, unbalanced, tasteless, etc.
