Read the rest. There are many nice and true things said in many things. Reading the rest, however, usually reveals the truth.
Educate yourselves, people. Don't buy into either of us. Go get the books and read them in context (get pre-911 versions, if possible).

What is a sin here is that you use your holy book to justify MURDER. You call killing women and children that have never lifted a hand against you JUSTICE. You are wrong. You should attack the ones doing you harm and get that justice, but as the cowards that you are, you prefer to attack the weak and run and hide from your aggressors. That is why the world will not stand with you. You will die trying to get sympathy, but all you will ever get is pity.

I think there are things that we will find objectionable about most any religion, but, isn't religion supposed to be about humanity's walk with the diety they worship as they gain a wider understanding of the universe around them? If so, then alot of what we see is simply people berating others because it makes them feel special.
