Maybe you were a little bit dehydrated or you are just experiencing some trouble in your ears. An upcoming ear infection or cold can cause a disturbance in your balance and make you feel dizzy. Or maybe you haven't eaten enough the day before.
Hope the answer helps you out a bit

I'm no doctor but I can tell u that if u have low blood pressure (like i do) or high, (but that's probably not the case at ur age) then getting up too quickly can cause dizziness and sometimes u could even pass out. Having low blood pressure can be as dangerous as high blood pressure.
Go see ur doctor and have ur blood pressure checked and then he or she will tell u what to do about it.
Also it may not be the blood pressure. There are so many things that can cause dizziness.
It could have something to do with ur period about to arrive. Had u been exercising more than usual this month? That happened to me when I was a teenager. One morning I woke feeling really nauseous and dizzy and later on I got my period and it was very light and lasted only two days.
Were u nauseous at the same time as being dizzy? If so please go see ur doctor. It's better to be safe than sorry.
Good luck, love.

Happens to me too. i was cold last night and went to sleep early. I got 10 hours sleep. I woke up and was lightheaded and dizzy. Blood sugar 93. I woke up and had coffee and a 1/2 bagel walked the dog and still had a lightheaded feeling. Last night my inner ear was beyond itchy so I am assuming it may be sinus/allerty or fluid in the ear canal that causes this so i am taking flonase. I go to the doctor on friday so i will ask her what it could be.

When you wake up you need to take it slow and not just pop up or you may have whats called a dizzy spell these spells can last for seconds or for up to an hour but if the problem persists you should see a doctor
P.S. You could of just had low blood sugar levels, you also should tell your parents about the problem

i'm not a doctor.. but that happens to me everrrry morning. you probably jumped up to fast...try getting more sleep the night before and setting your alarm clock to wear it'll wake you up every 10 minutes, so that you dont just JUMP right out of bed from a dead sleep. thats probably what it is. make sure you eat dinner the night before as well, and breakfast always. and it could be related to your period but i don't know. being on your period does weeeirrrd things to your body!

Low blood sugar. eating is the answer. can happen to almost anyone on any given day. If it wasn't that it was an anxiety attack. If it happens again, see your doctor.

I wanted to recommend that you see your dr to have this dizziness evaluated to see what could be causing this.
