For me it the high fiber stuff. I've got this seven grain cereal from Montana Wheat that if you have it for breakfast at 7am, you will be on the can by 9:30 singing to the porcelain god. Really great stuff, I feed it to my grand kids when they come over, they really appreciate the effect.

Its not long lasting, but its intense.
