Does anyone know about those "tattoo" like things some people have. Where like, they have a part of their skin in the shape of a heart/star etc. paler than the rest. How exactly are you able to get this? What is it called?

Please and thanks.

Ohhh! It's totally from going tanning- either on the beach or to the salon. You cut and stick a piece of thick material (like an index card or better yet a large sticker) on your skin before you tan, and "presto"- you don't tan there so you get a heart or star or whatever, one shade lighter than the rest of your newly tanned skin! Remember- after you tan it may take a little while to develop fully. :)

Some people call it "tantoos". It's where you go to a tanning salon, to get a suntan, but you pick out a sticker that will cover part of your skin so you're left with a white patch in the shape of that sticker. An easier/cheaper way is to put on a sticker and go to the beach on a sunny day.

You get them by putting on a sticker, w/e kind you want and then go spray tanning.

They usually get them done at tanning salons, where they put stickers of the heart/stars/etc. beforehand.

Im not sure its a tattoo. i think they put sunscreen on that one part of their skin while they tan or something.
