I am 20. I have mild spondylolisthesis in L4 and disc herniation in the same place, disc dessication in thoracic spine, and minor levoscoliosis. My chiropractor tells me it's due to an injury over five years ago but I don't remember anything major happening. All I know is that weightlifting worsened it and triggered the pain. I don't have numbness in any of my limbs but it's hurting me on a daily basis, makes it difficult to stand in one place for a while. Are there any special methods that chiropractors/acupuncturists/osteopaths/etc. can use to treat spondylo and disc dessication? I heard of some chiropractors in ukraine that could use hand manipulation through the stomach to correct this. Anything like this exists in the States? Thanks in advance for any help.

Partner you might have the beings of ankylosis Spondilosis you might need to see a Arthritis doctor about it and have him run test for it since it it genetic and an injury to the spine causes it to develop. I never can remember how to spell it but a good Arthritis will know what you are talking about. If that is what you have then chiropractors are not going to do you any good. In fact they might hurt more than help
