i think they can cuz of no injuries nd gettin chemistry together.. they've beaten pretty good teams like dallas and phoenix..?

You know the Denver Nuggets have really been playing well lately. They have beaten eliete teams such as the Dallas Mavericks. It could be hard because they will either verse phoenix or san antonio (probably San Antonio) If they do verse San Antonio I think It will be a great series because both teams have been tremendous basketball of late. I think the nuggets will lose in the first round and if not in the second round because if they manage to beat San Antonio they will probably verse Phoenix. Denver has been playing great lately but I dont think they will win the championship this year but if the Nuggets play like this the entire next season they might be a top team and a possible champion.

I'm glad to see that melo and AI are playing well together and that nene is finally showing some promise. you're right, the nuggets are playing great basketball right now, and entertaining too, but it's hard to say they will win a championship because the road to get there is so tough in the western conference right now. noone is gonna be picking anyone else to win the west besides the mavs, suns and spurs and I think for good reason. even though the nuggets have been playing well, those 3 teams have been playing well for the majority of the year. getting by 3 western conference teams is gonna be difficult for anyone. i dont think the nuggets will win, but i cant wait to watch 'em

you must remember that the mavericks were recovering from injuries when they were beat by the nuggets. I have to give the nuggets their credit lately...looking good... but i dont think they will even make it past the first round. The AI and melo thing isnt all that great. Neither is producing much of anything as of late and it is hurting the team. One of them needs to step up and be the go to guy instead of it always being about one or the other. The team never knows which one to go to in tight situations which has hurt them this season. Thats just my thought about it

Nope, I don't think so. They have to contend with superpowers Dallas and Phoenix. They can compete but win the championship?? NO WAY. This is a deep and talented team but this year is not going to be it.

Yes--if Marcus Camby keeps pullin down like 20 boards and getting 7 blocks, if Iverson keeps making 20+ pts AND 10+ assists, if 'melo can get 29+, and if the supporting cast (nene, blake, kleiza) can be productive.

No. They will get beaten in 4 games by San Antonio. They cannot run on the Spurs for the same reasons the Suns can't. Nuggets are OUT!

I think the nuggets can win the championship, just not this year. A.I. and Melo need to work out their gameplay and see how each other works so they can put up points. Next year, they will do better.

i luv the nugs, but they need 2 rebound + b/c great teams (i.e. Dallas and Pheonix) can get the boards. If Camby and the supporting cast can start gettin' the glass, they can win it all.

I think they can beat one of the West's Big Three teams, but to get to the Finals, they need to beat 2 probably. If they do make it to the Finals though, they can easily win.
