Yes, especially if I know that I am 100% right, because there are some questions like "what does 'zapato' mean (spanish)?" or "what's the derivative of 2x^3 +5x?" that only have one right answer and sometimes I give that answer and when I check, I got 2 thumbs down and what a coincidence: two other people after me said the exact same answer.
I hate when people do that....

I neither care about "thumbs up" nor "thumbs down." Other people's opinions don't matter to me, I don't suffer from low self-esteem so I don't really care who, if anybody, agrees or disagrees with me.

Often times it incourages me. other times I am dissapointed, because I possibly did not convey the thought that I was feeling accurately and was missread.
