irregardless what the problem is you would just be using him if you allow him to help you in the way you have described. Are you a user? Why would you even ponder the idea? You are not helpless you are just looking for the easy way to get what you want, but using others to get it is wrong in any respect. instead of depending on that person, depend on yourself and go out and do whatever it takes to get the job done. Then you can be proud of the result once you succeed, and if you don't succeed, you can at least say you did your best. Don't give up on the only one that matters in your success in life, you!

Let me tell you something. Friendship does not have limitations and conditions. If this person is really a person you have been able to confide in, and trust - and now they want a 'relationship' you need to re-check the friendship. At this point, do you really want to be 'his girlfriend'? Sounds like you have many other issues that require a sound friendship without 'girlfriend-boyfriend' ties. Re-think your position with this person. Be honest and open - if you do not want a relationship like this - say so! If he can't deal with your issues and friendship the way it is - you need to either 'find another' - or learn to deal with and handle your own problems. You have to trust yourself. You can answer your own questions if you learn to trust you.; Good luck my friend.

If he really was your friend, he wouldn't pressure you into dathing him. NEVER DATE FOR SYMPATHY REASONS. it's a guarantee that you will be miserable. If you don't think you have friends now, wait until you break up with him. Then you will especially have no friends coated with bad memories and regrets. You have to find a way to be a stronger person. You have to believe in yourself and do what is best for you. Don't ever let anyone make you do something you don't want to.

Let him help you as much as he can, but if you don't want to be around him then leave. You can find others in your network of friends that can help. Find something that you like to do and enjoy it. If it is money that is the problem, read the book "Extreme Money makeover" he makes a lot of sense.

Have more faith in yourself. You never need a man or anyone else to make it. Being with him will trap you. It sounds like your just going through a hard time right now, trust that things can and will get better.
