Since I can't get a licence to drive & my way of getting around is my mountain bike, what other bags would work? (backpacks are too big & public places, etc. think I'm sneaking in things or trying to stealing things & don't allow them inside.

Well the fanny pack could be part of the reason. Do you wear a pocket protector too and are your glasses held together with a band-aid?
