Then you need #4, 5 and 12.
Johnson's plan was virtually the same as Lincoln's. The Radical Republicans opposed Johnson's plan; they wanted a harsh Reconstruction.
amnesty = pardon
The Reconstruction amendments are # 13, 14, and 15
You will need to know each of these, not just the definition of one.

I'm not from the US but I hope some of this helps. I've learned a lot, too, by the way.
Reconstruction (1865-1877)
After Lincoln's death, President Johnson proceeded to reconstruct the former Confederate States while Congress was not in session in 1865.
am·nes·ty–noun, plural -ties, verb, -tied, -ty·ing.
1. a general pardon for offenses, esp. political offenses, against a government, often granted before any trial or conviction.
2. Law. an act of forgiveness for past offenses, esp. to a class of persons as a whole.
3. a forgetting or overlooking of any past offense.
–verb (used with object) 4. to grant amnesty to; pardon.
Black Codes, in U.S. history, series of statutes passed by the ex-Confederate states, 1865-66, dealing with the status of the newly freed slaves. They varied greatly from state to state as to their harshness and restrictiveness. Although the codes granted certain basic civil rights to blacks (the right to marry, to own personal property, and to sue in court), they also provided for the segregation of public facilities and placed severe restrictions on the freedman's status as a free laborer, his right to own real estate, and his right to testify in court.
The Civil Rights Act Of 1866 is a piece of United States legislation that gave further rights to the freed slaves after the end of the American Civil War.
The Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution (Amendment XIV) is one of the post-Civil War amendments, intended to secure rights for former slaves. It was proposed on June 13, 1866, and ratified on July 9, 1868.
Later, after Johnson's term had ended, Congress passed the Fifteenth Amendment, which prohibited denial of suffrage because of race, color, or previous condition of servitude. The three states still not in the Union at this time-Mississippi, Texas, and Virginia-had to ratify this amendment as well to re-enter the Union.
The U.S. House of Representatives votes 11 articles of impeachment against President Andrew Johnson, nine of which cite Johnson's removal of Secretary of War Edwin M. Stanton, a violation of the Tenure of Office Act. The House vote made President Johnson the first president to be impeached in U.S. history.
The Fifteenth Amendment, which prohibited denial of suffrage because of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.
