Without knowing what type of tile, grout and the type of sealer I can only give general answer.

There are several things you can try. First, it is hasn't been too long, apply more sealer in an attempt to soften the first coat and then scrub it all off [white scrubbies might be best].

There are cleaners made to take it off. The issue is knowing which one works best with your sealer. http://www.johnbridge.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=45639

Next you might be able to use a mild solvent to remove the sealer. You need to know if it is compatible with the tile and grout.

If all else fails, post a mesage here with more specific details and the tile pro's should be able to help: http://www.johnbridge.com/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=16

Try "Goof Off". You can get it @ Menards or any Home DePot. I'm renovating my home and I've used it on just about anything from paint to wood stains. Just pour a little on a clean white cloth and scrub off.

Use a razor blade being careful not to scratch the tile.

they have little grout cutters at your local hardware store and just take that and scrape over the sealer moderately hard and that should remove it
