No, "neo-cons" seek to devour countries via that country's political parties..... and media ..... and monetary systems.
The "neo-cons" are not just an American problem. They are a plague on the entire world. Although they have latched onto America the hardest and are bleeding us dry while using us as an engine to bring forth their "New World Order", as Bush Sr. put it.

Yeah and they spend all the money so their is none left to help anyone in their own country. They like to destroy democracy and corrupt our justice system. Then they can blame it all on democrats when they must raise taxes to pay for the republicans negligence.
