State Certification.?

If I'm already certified to be a teacher in New York state, how do I go about becoming certified to teach in another state, such as Pennsylvania or Ohio?

You need to contact the state's department of education. Keep your fingers crossed that your state will have reprocity with the other state and you won't have to go through so many more "hoops" to get another state's certification.
