Well, considering I live in California, bricks are definitely out.
Honestly, I would be tempted to use straw, but would be concerned that the contractors in my area don't have the knowledge to correctly build it, and the costs would be fairly high, in order to get the right labor.
Wood works, in general. I have some concerns about the renewability of wood, but I think that most of the lumber companies are fairly cautious about that these days, since they know it's the future of their business at stake. Additionally, a lot of the newer OSB products use recycled pieces in their composition, so I might try using those.

Wow it's early for Fri. the 13th. I wonder why anyone uses points this way, at least in ths category. It would be a great Q in Philosophy.
Anyway,,,Good Morning.
HOUSE, not Property.
I think the combination of all would be my choice, and if I was to enter the fairy tale zone, I'd be the Wolf anyway, and rarely "Pig Out" :)
Brick for the exterior; Wood for the substance to craft the interior, and some straw very likely for the barn where the pigs would be relegated to.

it doesnt matter which you want they are all going to have wood in them one way or the other, a brick home is just a wooden home with brick siding, so to answer your question it woul dbe out of wood
