My ob/gyn said no tanning. However, I did get a spray tan while I was pregnant and it was totally safe. You should check into that. Very quick and inexpensive! Good Luck!

If you go tan in the tanning bed while pregnant you could cause permenant birth defects to the baby. You should really learn to grow up and go do research before making dumb decisions. Is being tan really worth risking a childs life? Like they said get a spray tan or better yet go buy that stuff that turns you bright orange, then your skin will look as retarded as you truly are.

Do not tan in a tanning bed while you are pregnant! You are essentially cooking your baby! Get some spray or other type of self bronzer or use mystic tan but dont tan in a bed/

well, I am not sure about tanning beds but I cant really imagine them being healthy for the baby, but I have been using Jergens Natural Glow lotion that is working so well. I have been putting it on for almost a full week every morning and I am a lot darker than when I began using it. I would check and see if the ingredients are ok for pregnant women, but that is one option. Good luck!

Tanning in a tanning bed can raise your core body temperature to unhealthy levels (unhealthy for pregnancy anyway).
Self-tanning lotions are the best bet. Although I must point out nobody needs a tan.

No, you're supposed to stay away from tanning beds. Use the lotion at the store that gradually gives you a tan...I read that's safe to use while pregnant. I like your question..."need a tan ASAP". That made me laugh.

Tanning beds are a no no...please dont do it. Your body will overheat and could cause brain damage to your fetus. Try sunless tanner if you have to. You might just have to ride it out and not do anything. That's the joy of pregnancy...worry about your baby before vanity.

People are crazy!!! No, you cannot tan in a tanning bed while pregnant! Why do all these girls want to do all these stupid things just so they think they look better- and while doing so, risk hurting their unborn baby- you are a mom now, you are no longer the primary concern!
