Morocco and Algeria. Actually, the Italians attacked them first, but later Germany took them over as the Italians redirected their efforts elsewhere.

Northern Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, and parts of western Eqypt were occupied by formal Nazi forces during WWII. Germany however had other allied native organizations and governments representing their intrests in Africa.
