While it is good that Nyfong is facing charges and possible disbarrment, why is the accuser being allowed to escape justice?

If anything, I really hope that this case make people realize that not all accusers are innocent and not all accused are guilty. In this day and age, such assumptions are made 99% out of 100%.

That woman needs to face the consequences for virtually destroying three lives, and I find it unconscionable that she's isn't going to. In other words, she should be punished far more harshly than Nyfong should.

Joan V. says, "Don't worry about the wealthy frat boys, dear.
Their lives are not ruined.
They will go on and become successful lawyers or engineers or into other professions."

My answer: Actually it already has: They have ACTUALLY been denied admission to several universities they have applied to, and some people (like you) will always be skeptical as to whether they were innocent and won't be willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. For this reason, their lives are forever ruined, and no amount of "I'm sorries" will ever make up for what they went through the past year... or what they may yet have to face.

The accuser is probably related to Al Sharpton, therefore, nothing will be said about her accusations by Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, & the NAACP. You bet, the accuser has destroyed three lives. She needs to be punished for the pain & suffering she has caused the accused & their families. Will she, probably not. Sad, sad, sad!!!

Don't worry about the wealthy frat boys, dear.
Their lives are not ruined.
They will go on and become successful lawyers or engineers or into other professions.

Perhaps these spoiled rich boys learned a lesson.
Hiring strippers for a private party while consuming massive quantities of alcohol is very immature and not professional behavior for supposed intellectuals.

As a young woman, would you date and feel comfortable with young men who drink large quantities of beer while paying a woman for lewd and lascivious behavior?

Sure, boys will be boys and men will be men, but frankly, honey, these young men are not exactly moral and mature individuals.

Choose wisely, dear.

If you choose a man with poor morals, ultimately you'll pay the price.

And the stripper in this case is a drug abuser and not stable.
Yet these rich young men thought nothing of taking advantage of her.

They are innocent of rape, but guilty of immaturity and using poor judgement.

Young women should beware of these frat boys.

The DA suggested that it was because she has suffered from a mental illness. I don't buy that.

The accuser is mentally unstable. She is an emotionally disturbed prostitute and an 'exotic' dancer. She's nuts.
