Can I use TurboTax or Taxcut to file my taxes now? Since I have my W-2's I don't need to file 1040EZ now, correct? I am kind of confused on how to do this and luckily my mom is gone for another week out of town (can you tell that was sarcasm on the luckily?). If anyone would be kind enough to give me any advice or guidance, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You can go to hrblock.com and file for free. You can even get to them via the irs website. Go to www.irs.gov and click on efile. They ask you all the questions and totally guide you through and make it easy. Thats what we used. Feel free to email me if you have any other questions.

Now that you have your W-2's, you DO need that 1040-EZ - that's the form you'll use to file your return. If you use TurboTax or Taxcut, they'll create a 1040EZ for you.

You can also o to www.losthorizons.com and order a book called cracking the code.. You can then learn for yourself why you dont have to pay taxes.
