I HAD SEX ON TUESDAY,APRIL 10,2007 WITHOUT A CONDOM, AM I PREGNANT?How long does it take to know that you are pregnant? When do you start getting the symptoms? Can you get the symptoms 3 days later? HELP PLEASE. AND WHAT CAN I DO IF I AM?SHOULD I HAVE THE BABY OR ABORT?

Wow, slow down and chill out. First, you have to know when the first day of your last period was. Count fourteen days from that day and the five days from that day are your most fertile. THat is the rythym method of birth controll, however, you won't know three days after having sex if you are pregnant. Wait, if you don't start your period when you are supposed to, get a test. I don't believe in abortion, if this would be an unwanted pregnancy, well, you know the risks of unprotected sex..so, if you don't want the baby, give it to a couple who will love and cherish this child you don't think you could. Of course, it all depends on how old you are too, and the fact you need to ask this question tells me a lot..such as you are not responsible enough to even THINK of having sex, let alone if you are pregnant or not...I hate the word symptoms in relation to a pregnancy, as though it were a decease you caught rather than a joyful event that was thought out and planned with someone you loved.

It is way to soon to tell. Yes, you could be pregnant if you had sex without protection. It takes about 5 weeks after you had sex before you can tell, if you dont start your period, take a pregnancy test. You dont get symptoms until about 6-8 weeks (morning sickness, nausea, dizziness) No, you do not get any symptoms 3 days after! If you are, you take care of yourself, start prenatals, go to a doctor. If you are too young to have a child, you put up for adoption. There are many women out there who are unable to have children and can give your child a great home. None of us can tell you if you're pregnant. In fact, it's very likely that a pregnancy test won't tell you accurately, either, considering that it has only been two days. Most of the time, it will take until you have actually missed your period for the test to be accurate.

Here's a way for you to know more accurately...Look at the calendar, to figure out when you started your last period. In theory, two weeks after that date would be your fertile time. Most women follow a 28-day cycle, with ovulation happening mid-way through the cycle.

And to your question about whether to have the baby or abort...this is really not the type of question that you should have a bunch of strangers answer for you. If you can't talk to your parents or your clergy person about it, I highly recommend that you find a counselor who can help you to understand where you're at morally & ethically, as well as the pro's and con's of each decision. Please don't forget that adoption is another one of your options.

Wait a couple of days and buy a test or go to a clinic. You might not even be pregnant anyway. Noone can tell you whether you should keep a baby if your pregnant because its a choice only you can make. The morning after pill can be taken 72 hours after sex but I don't know how pushed you are for time.
Even if your pregnancy test comes back negative its probably best to get tested for STIs

First things first. From now on, I would suggest that you use protection. It sounds like you are not ready for parenthood or even pregnancy. It is definately too early to test. It will be 3 weeks before you can. Stressing out will not help. It could delay your period, and even bring on false pregnancy symptoms. And no one can tell you to abort or to keep it. But please, think about adoption before you abort, should you be pregnant. As a parent of an adopted child, I feel that birth parents are a gift from God. But only YOU can make a decision on wether or not you proceed with pregnancy.

first calm down, go to ur nearest drug store or ur nearest free family clinic and get a pregnancy test. IF ur pregnant then sit down with the guy u had sex with and tell him and the two of u together can make the decision of if ur going to have the baby of not, but if u dont want to keep ur baby instead of killing him/her u should put him/her up for adoption so someone can take care of ur baby and so u dont feel bad about being a murderer..that is IF u r pregnant

Go to your doctor tell him your situation and see if there is something he can do, there are pregnancy tests out there that can tell as soon as a day after getting pregnant. And for christ sake and yours, use a condom from now on out. And please, NO ABORTION!! too many people out there want babies and can't have them, while others can have babies and not want them, do the right thing, if you don't want the baby, put it up for adoption. Wait a few weeks and if you've missed your period, then take a home pregnancy test. In the meantime, STOP HAVING UNPROTECTED SEX IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET PREGNANT! Better yet, since you seem like yet another ignorant teenager, stop having sex PERIOD.
