Shuttles and buses are not free how ever they run every 15 minutes on the strip.

The monorail on the east side if the strip costs up to $7.00 for a one way trip, this runs from MGM to Las Vegas Hilton.

On the west side the monorail conects a few of the hotels (or did at one time before new construction) this was free and I believe still is, however it does not run up the whole strip.

The buses cost $5.00 for a 24 hour pass and you can find a stop in front of most of the casinos.

Good luck and have fun

Heaps of shuttle buses going up and down the strip all day.
It's actaully a lot more fun to walk between casinos :)

Yes, you can ride "The Deuce" which is a double decker bus that travels the entire strip for $5 for a 24 hour pass. Walking is also fun unless you are going really far.

tons of them, they are all over the place. But walking between the best is awesome. Everything is further than it looks. I suggest using the monorail system too.

Just walk at first, until you just get wore out. then take the monorail back to hotel. Buses also work. So do taxis

they do, but honestly its so slow to get anywhere that you really can walk and keep up with it. i did it from flamingo to trop once.

alot of the casinos connect though, and you can just go from one to the next. otherwise, grab a tram map that shows all the stops, and use that to hop from each one.
