Imus never said race . There were white girls on the team as well as black .

I hope so but probably not because Imus is an easy target. These radio station owners are interested in making a big buck only and not with the content of their radio stations! There needs to be a reprieve!

They will if there is a large public outcry and people begin boycotting sponsors, which is the biggest reason Imus was fired.

Radio stations are business's the require advertising to operate.

Advertisers don't like their products associated with controversy.

I don't think Imus should have been fired... but I understand why he was.

If free speech means calling Black college students nappy headed hos, then that is pretty sad. Any broadcaster using those kind of words should be fired because it is unprofessional.
