3y+-5x+15
-y=-3x+9
I rearrange them
3y+5x=15
-y+3x=9
i times the bottom one by 3 and got
-3y+9x=27
i add the 2 equnation and got
16x=42
x=2.63
i plug in 2.63 into one the of the equation i reaanged
3y+5(2.63 )=15 and got

3y+13.15=15
minus 13.15 form both sides and got
3y=1.85
divide by three and got
.6166666666666 ( i round up to .617)
is this one right?

Here's where you went wrong:

i add the 2 equnation and got
16x=42

(9x + 5x = 14x, not 16x)

Otherwise it looks like you did the process right.

It should be 14x=42 in the 9th row.

after adding the two equations you should have gotten
14x=42
try that and see if it works.
