look at him like hes nuts...and start lookin for another job, i wouldnt deal with that sort of treatment....if its just a job thats not that important....if its like your career and its what you love and you want to stay and work there, then tell your boss...that he needs to calm down and he cant treat you like that

Wait until such a time as when he has calmed down and then tell him that yelling and throwing stuff around is creating a "toxic work environment" for you. This is latest lingo in the work place lawsuit world!

Leave the room and try to ignore him... then gossip about it later. J/K, but really just try to walk away. I saw the owner of a company I used to work for throw a tantrum after the accounting manager pointed out he spent $20K in Vegas one weekend.... he was not too happy, something like "it's my __ing money" he was pissed.

My General manager is very nervous
because of his build and age .
His attitude is not normal.
He is bored because of high business obligation.
We try to be tolerant toward him however.
Anymore me and my colleagues get used to him
When he exhibition of his bad manners us.
Accordingly; This situation made to get used to doing wicked things us. Unfortunately .
(plus lots of Ladies are sensitive and easy offended like my old habit.)
I mean .So One day He talked about our customer mail with me and a little bit He was nervous.but I was correct and then I reacted him.He was afraid of my resign (me)

My boss is cool and has never done that.
If I had a boss that acted like that, he would have to have an accident at work at some point.

Back away slowly. We have a two line phone, one of our co-workers would call the other line... whoever was being the victim of the abuse all of a sudden had an excuse to get away.

GO Home and call his office and invite him to a make-belief party at a hotel with his worst enemy.
