I don't want to spend $6+ for a past issue of a magazine but I really want to look at the pictures and read the articles so how can I do that?? Thanks!! Ps. the local libary don't have older issues of the magazines I want!!

You can go to a different library. Your library would be able to tell you which library has the magazines.

Go to the waiting room at my doctors office. The most recent magazine they have is about the Wright brothers hoping to fly.
