What does Training,other Qualifications,and Advancement mean?

I used to work for the Utah state dept of Child Welfare. What it means that you go to regulary training, that you go to conferences that give you the option of obtaining credits that qualify you to keep your certificates. As a Social Worker for instance, we must go to certain trainings that are required of us in order to keep our liscence
