I love a good steak on the grill, with sauteed mushrooms and onions and Lea & Perrins steak sauce. If only the grill wasn't buried under the snow and ice.

Man, I love steak, cooked a perfect meduim rare! Ohh Yea! With a side of a loaded baked potato, and creamed spinach.. Mmmm...

A nice top sirloin, sirloin cap, hanging tenders, filet mignon,
rib eye steaks are all good with crakced black pepper, sea salt and Basted with minced garlic.
Grilled to perfection (Medium rare-medium well is my preference)
Once done, using dipping sauces such as the south American Chimichurri sauce, Southwestern BBQ/horseradish blend sauce, Butternut/cajun sauce
served with a side of mashed garlic spuds and grilled/olive oil basted zuchinis.
that was all fun until my wife put her foot down and made me go veggie....
It was fun talking about it......this is the kind of stuff I cook for my company on a weekly basis, it's good enough to make Wolfgang salivate....

I LOVE Steak. I eat it everytime I go out to eat.
