I am doing a groupe project with a few other people in a Communication & Gender class. Our topic is "Women who decide not to have children" and we are having trouble finding sources in the media that represent ANYTHING that has to do with this such as:
-How certain types of commercials only portray women as mothers
-Television shows on the topic
-News coverages.
Any help is appreciated. Like I said, we're having a very hard time finding recourses.

In responce to the first question:
What is the difference between going to the library and asking for help as opposed to coming on here and asking for help? I never asked anyone to write the 10 page paper for us. Nor develop the presentation for us... It's not like I put a math equation on here and asked for someone to solve it. I just want suggestions on WHERE to look. damn.
Have you ever been to college??? We're aloud to ask for help....

hmmm, motherhood is like apple pie, so I'm sure there is more on that. perhaps if you know any childless women you could interview them. there may be many reasons for not producing, i.e. passing along a gene that creates a devastating disease, or physical disability, or they may just not want to be mothers which is ok too. good luck with this project I just don't know where else you can get info

They are resources, not recourses. I hope you're not tryig to get us to do it for you.

How about your public library? there are lots of publications that deal with the child-free lifestyle.
