Reichsfuhrer was the highest rank below Hitler in the SS.
Heinrich Himmler was 'Reichsfuhrer SS', Hermann Goering was 'Uberkommander Luftwaffe' or 'Reichsmarschall Luftwaffe', the equivalent for the airforce.

The Reichsfuhrer refers to the leader of the SS which was Heinrich Himmler
