I want something simple..Something that's like 5 pages long...I've tried to find ideas for the past week but I can't..and if I did coem up with an idea it was really dumb and it wouldn't work because it would be too long.. I just want something easy, that won't take me that long..I only have three days.

You don't say how old you are or what grade level you are, so it's hard to come up with appropriate ideas.

As a writing exercise, flip open a newspaper, close your eyes and point to an ariticle on a page--whatever the article is, that is the basis of your story. It could be a wedding announcement, a political story, a death announcement, a local team does well story, anything. It could be an ad for shoes or foundation repair. (The crack in the ceiling grew wider the longer the drought lasted and bits of insulation sifted onto the dining table....)
Or ask someone how they met their spouse. You can ask your mom what it was like to have a new baby in the house and about funny things you did as a baby.
You might ask a grandfather or older neighbor if they fought in the war and to tell you a story about their service.
You might write about the worst or best day of your life or ask someone else that question.
The trick with a story is to make your reader want to find out what happened next. Something or someone you find interesting will make for more compelling writing. Remember to include details that give you a feeling for time and place or that appeal to the senses, (i.e. how something tasted or smelled, a sound or how something felt to the skin.)
Here is the REALLY important part. When you finish your first draft, read over it several times, mark out or delete anything that slows down the story or that is unnecessary. Try to reduce it 10-25%. If something doesn't make sense, change it, and add clarification where needed. Then write your final draft. Good-luck.
