I did that all the time in 3rd grade: set the alarm clock to 5:00 AM and check it several times, then wake up about 2 or three hours before that... now, I don't have an alarm clock, but I still wake up before my parents' alarm clock.

Always! I have an internal alarm clock that knows what time I set the alarm, and it always wakes me.

Yes every day about 2 or three times and when I finally shut off the alarm I tend to fall back to sleep.

when you're sixteen, and you naturally need ten hours of sleep, go to bed at eleven and wake up somewhere between 4:30 AM and 6:20 AM it's very unlikely to wake up before the alarm.
