Hear me out: If these two stations are going to ire anyone that doesn't get the seal of approval of racists like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, maybe their stations are worth listening to. What about our rights and our listening tastes? I think the punishment should fit the crime, and this is way out of line. To give into extortion racists like Al Sharpton is a crime, and was wonder what you think about a boycott of CBS radio and MSNBC for abuse of power.

I've already written emails to the CBS and MSNBC executives, and all the sponsors who pulled their advertising. What ever happened to the punishment fitting the crime? I'm stunned by their incredible over reaction.

There needs to be a backlash and a cost to CBS (over and above the revenue they will never recapture due to the loss of Imus). The problem is we as listeners are not organized and the media wont give listener's opinion any coverage. Let's face it, except for Mets or Ranger Games I boycott WFAN anyway, their programing is garbage.

i become thinking that too. There must be an afternoon set aside for every person to no longer pay attention or watch their channels. And there must be a boycott for a week on the sponsors that pulled out of the teach. they did no longer suggestions reaping in the $$$$$$ while all of us tuned in. yet now that there is hassle they run and cover. they must be status at the back of their guy. i'm going to wager Imus does no longer turn his back on blacks or each and each individual in the event that they mandatory help with maximum cancers. Or with the rest for that count. he's not heartless. He merely has a loose tongue.

It's unfortunate that Imus had to use the phrase "Natty haired Ho's" in his program regarding the team. I thought that was going a bit to far.
I'm going to miss his show. But he's financially sound and should now just go enjoy retirement.
I am going to boycott the media period.

there is no we, I'm not with you, and apparently those entities believe there are fewer of you who feel the way you do than those of us who don't.
and it wasn't solely racism that was the problem with his obnoxious comments
