Yeah.. just had about 4 1/2 days worth of feeling like a steam roller was stuck on top of me.... I had a headache (yes for 4 1/2 days) And i must say that I was looking pretty rough... I just avoided the mirror and public places....

Smile that "ugly" smile in the mirror, then I go out and look for ways to help someone. There are a lot of people who need help with something, look for them. Any time you feel badly about yourself, try taking your eyes off yourself and looking for ways to be a blessing to someone else. It will change that image in the mirror!

I have an early night and think of the last line of Gone With the Wind, Scarlet says "After all... tomorrow is another day".
It works every time.

Have shower. Review image in mirror. Say "sod it. Who cares?" and get on with day.
I seem to manage that every day, really.....

i deal with it by talking to my a close friend, its the way we both let off steam so we dont take it out on our loved ones! so much easier this way as we dont take offence and can offer advice or support!
