Ok I have not dated in fifteen years. There is a girl at work that may be interested. Ok she is fifteen years younger. I said hi to her today and she said hi and looked at the ground. Is that a postive or a negative?

I can see why you haven't dated in 15 years... You are trying to read messages into a situation where no clear messages were sent. Engage in conversation with her or invite her to lunch if you are interested in her. Looking at the ground could be shyness or nervousness, no doubt you are feeling the same. Wait until you get a clear message, but that won't happen if you just sit and wait.

Tough one! Could have been that she was just shy at seeing you because she likes you and felt the need to look down, or that she is not interested and avoiding eye contact? best thing is to try and talk to her and then you will get a better understanding! Good luck

i think its a positive, i was like that with various guys i was interested in. but she might be uneasy about the age difference. as long as she's not a teenager everything is fine, though.
