The dumbest thing I have ever heard was:
"I have to get cleaning, the house has to be spotless before the maids arrive."
I answered, "What do your maids DO?"
And she said, "They clean."
After I had reset all the circuit-breakers in my brain, I asked why she had maids if she would clean the house herSELF. She answered, "they only clean toilets, floors, showers, and make the bed. The rest I do myself, and I don't want them to gossip about my house being messy."
So I guess I am the dumbest, because I could not figure that out by myself.
