No but I do think our core beliefs should be similar. Things like how to handle money, raising children, and any other issues that are crucial to you i.e., child molesters, if you absolutely hated them and your partner didn't seem to mind them then eventually this would cause major problems in the relationship.

No. I tend to be all work and no play. I need a guy who has a perfect balance b/w the two so he can help me loosen up a bit.

No just so we have somethings in common and they can put up with a massively weird sense of humor we'd be fine.

to some degree. there needs to be common ground, but some differences as well. because sometimes the ones you love most can be the most alien to you.
